JBECC is a 400-bed multi-use facility located in northeast Louisiana. It is named in memory of Jim Evans, one of the founding directors of LCS Corrections Services, Inc. JBECC has housed offenders for the Louisiana DPSC and Alabama DOC as well as for the Harris County, Texas jail system. |
